how to partion a hardrive

I have 18 gb and 36 gb scsi hardirve that I am going to be hosting some websites on it. There is going to be a few that use mysql but most will not. How would you partion thease hardrives?

how large total databases do you anticipate ?

I think no more then 3 to 5 gb.

i'd stick the 18GB as mysql database /var partition and rest as 36GB drive, would be easier in future when you need to upgrade mysql partition drive
