MAC server info?

WHere might I go to find info on Mac OSX servers? Does Apache work on it? Red Hat? I'm assuming that anything that a Unix server can run, so can the OSX?

I'm wondering if the new Dual Mac G5's could be a server option? :D

Mac OSX is based on Darwin and as far as I know you can run
PHP, MySQL and apache without any problems. Not sure about mail though.
