After some reconsideration, I've decided I don't need a Dual XEON 2.4GHz at the moment. How is this server though.. does anyone have any experience running it?

A lot of RackShack's "2ghz" servers are actually 2.4ghz
I got one which has;
2.4ghz Intel P4
Cpanel = The best!
512MB Ram
RedHat Linux 7.3
80gb hd

I've used both, even a RS tech told me he thought Cpanel 7 was better.... Cpanel has a lot more features where as Ensim Pro is a lot more secure.

You should get cPanel, much more nicer for the user, and much more easier with alot of Features!

cPanel is definitely better than Ensim in my opinion, but then again people have different preferences

Very true. My last order for a P4 2.0 was delivered as a P4 2.4 :) Throw some more RAM in it if you can... keep an eye on the swap values as well.
The dual Xeon boxes are very nice, but if you go that route, I suggest getting 2GB RAM. They handle quite a bit.
As far as cpanel VS ensim vs Plesk.... none are *best*. It is up to you to use one that is *best* for *your* needs.
