Hello,

I am using 2.3.0 in my forum at http://www.powerwagonadvertiser.com/forums.

A user asked the meaning of a particular icon visible in the very first column of the forum table. I do not find anywhere in the FAQ that explains this particular icon. It is the one with a black dot in the middle, and is not present in the group at the bottom of the forum page.

Is there a place to go that will explain the meaning of that particular icon?

thank you...

OK, looking at the bottom in this forum, it says it mean that you have posted in this thread.

Is the presence of that icon a new thing in this forum's version of vBulletin?

You're going to have to show us a screenshot. However if you are talking about the 'dot' icons, this has been a feature in vB since at least the beginning of vB2.

That is a dot icon. It shows on any threads in which you've made a post. As I said, this feature has been in vB2 since the beginning, but it can be turned off or on in the Admin CP.

Thank you for your quick reply. Is there a place where a typical forum user can learn what that means? I could not see that there was such a place that addressed that icon in my version of vBulletin.

No, there's no documentation on this.
