Hi all,
I found a nice deal for those who are struggling on shared server BUT do not need a dedicated server. I think it is really good if you compared the pricing. The hosting company is Servint which is comparable to Rackspace without the price tag.
Basically the deal is

$0 setup, $49/month, $11 one-time fee for cPanel
