Forum table alignment

I'm having trouble "centering" the forum, I've made it so the forum doesn't take up the entire page, rather it's just centered in the middle - ie., it doesn't go all the way to the sides of the browser window. Everything looks fine when the window is maximized, but as the window gets smaller (minimized, and readjusted), the top image and table slide off and are no longer lined up. How is it possible to keep them lined up no matter what the window size is?
