What kind of style would I need to make to Have a good theme for my newest vB, Hispanic Pride forum ?

Im Boricua so I know the Colors of Mexico , Spain , Puerto rico , cuba

but, what is a good color scheme ?

light or dark ?

Sounds like a forum where can expect bright yellow and brow and red colors. I wouldn't go with a dark theme.
