Do i need a web page to put the forum on

I was wondering if i need to buy a web page or is it included with the forum liscense and professional installment?

We do not have hosted solutions. You'll need to find a web host to install the forums on.

If i buy the professional installtion package for $135 will that take care of having a web site to put the forum on? Please help me i am really interested in createing my own forum and i obviously have no clue what I am doing.

No, sorry. As I said we do not provide hosting. If you purchase the professional installation option, we will upload and install the software on your web site.

Note that vBulletin requires a web server that includes relatively recent versions of PHP (minimum 4.1.2) and MySQL (minimum 3.23.33) installed. Make sure that any host you are considering offers this support. I also strongly recommend you choose a host that provide telnet or ssh access since this will make it much easier to backup and restore your database if you ever need to.
