Possilble to go from 3.0 beta 4 to 2.3.2?

I am wondering if it is possible to go from 3.0 to 2.3.2? Cause well I would like to just wait till it's final and everything is working and the members would like hacks which I can not find since I see vb.org won't carry hacks till it is RC1 so just wondering if it is doable to switch down to 2.3 from 3.0 or am I screwed?
