Sub-Forum Help, Need quick help please

Ok when I try too make a subforum, it shows up as a whole forum on my forum home and it is also inside the adult forum, I see on some sites that use sub forums it has a text link too the sub-forum on the forum home instead of a categorie, how w i do this, AS THE SUBFORUMS SEEN on http://board.rapmusic.com/

I dont think thats what he means hes already got the subforum, but its showing up like a complete forum instead of showing small text of the subforums like in his link. I know what you mean but Im having the same problem.
