Contest ideas?

I decided to do some contests over at my forums, nothing big, maybe $50 prizes every 2 weeks/month.

I am not sure what I can do tho as for the contests. Any ideas? Something not very hard for a common member to be able to archieve.

Photoshop Contests, YAY!1 I guess that wouldn't really be something for the common member, but they're still fun.
