I just tried upgrading from the development version of 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 and now, nothing is showing up at all on any of my pages.
The only thing I did was to copy over all of the files that were in the upgrade.zip over my previous files and tried to run admin/upgrade.php. Nothing happened -- nothing showed up when I went to that page. I tried rolling back the forum to what I had yesterday from a backup and still, nothing happens.
Any thoughts?

Is there any way to check the database itself to see if it's been altered at all by the upgrade.php script?
I'm glad I haven't put the forums out to the public yet since this has pretty much been a disaster.

For now, try re-uploading the 1.1.1 files. I am still investigating the exact nature of the upgrade problems.

I just moved forums/ to forums.old/ and reunzipped the contents of latest package/upload from vbulletin111.zip into the forums/ directory (which basically is a re-uploading of the 1.1.1 files) and I still just get a totally blank page...
All I get in the source for any of the pages is:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META content="text/html; charset=windows-1252" http-equiv=Content-Type></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

I just down loaded the latest version of upgrade script at 7:15pm EST, and still having problems. I am getting same exact thing as the other guys.
I am willing to install the full 1.1.1 version and then run upgrade, only concern is what happens to all my configuration that is in the database. Does that get messed up as well.

Same concerns here. I did a heck of a lot of customizations in the templates to make the forums consistent with the rest of my site.
If worse comes to worst, I guess I can wipe the tables clean and reinstall using 1.1.2 but I would very, very much rather not have to go back and recreate everything...

Oh well. I'm going to wipe everything and start over. Back to the drawing board. Sigh...
