When I saw that & was not being converted I thought that this would have been sorted too.

& not convert is made for easier and faster parsing : there is no alphabetic HTML entity converted, you must use numeric HTML entities.

About censored words, I think it's a useless feature that should be always disabled. Censorship should never be done with an automaton, but only with human eyes.
