Title image problem

In my index (home) page it shows the title image that was vBulletin_logo.gif but when I get in a forum, the title image is vBulletin.BMP
how to I change it just to vBulletin.gif

This shouldn't change unless you are forcing different styles sets in your forums and you have modified the header template and/or the title image in that style.
