Not the right forum but...........

I tried to post in the "how do i" forum but it says i am not authorised to post for some reason. Same with the install forum also. Maybe someone can tell me why?
My question though is how do i get Photopost to show up in my menu? I am using the VB portal and PP version 4.1 beta 3 i think. I installed everything and it seems to work fine bythemselves but no way to get from one to the other?
