How do you upload pics to put in the itemshop

There is no 'itemshop' in vBulletin.

Then that is from a hack you've installed. You will need to ask for support at vbulletin.org. To have access to help there (or here) you need to enter the email address you used to register at vbulletin.org on this page:

http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php

There have been some reports that this is case-sensitive so be sure to enter it *exactly* as registered.
