Mascon from Scibit seems to be a solution for all of us that do not have the ability to telnet or ssh our database for a server move.
My database is only 16mb and phpmyadmin will time out. Looking at other threads, EVERYONE complains of a time out.
Mascon has the ability to not only perform a dump, but it can move a database from one server to another directly WITHOUT a download/upload. Even if you needed to you could FTP the database to the server and use mascon to load it from that point.
Anybody have the full version and do this?
