May be best if you would post your specifactions first off that way others have something to compare with :). You don't have to post who you are hosting with, though, posting your space, bandwidth, and monthly pricing would be great!

Also keep in mind that price should only be one aspect of deciding on a host. Sometimes you do get what you pay for, and if it is rock bottom prices, it may be lacking in other areas. Check out their support response times, as well as if they answer your questions in a complete and useful manner. Ask what the typical server load is on the machine you will be hosted on is. The last thing you want is to be hosting your vBulletin on a heavily loaded server.
