After Upgrade All Reply's Are Shifted....

Aligned right.

I had a smooth upgrade from 2.3.0 to 3.04(after the database check for errors program) And now all post's and replies are shifted to the right!

Any advice as to where I would start to fix this problem?

Actually our forum names are also aligned right also....

If I switch to "Vbulletin2 default" everything aligns properly to the left.

Since you don't have this problem with vB2 default, the problem is with the style set. There have been no other reported problems like this so my gueess is that you've made a change to the vBulletin 3 style that is causing this. I have no idea what speciofic setting is causing this, but I'd start by reverting all changes in vB3 style back to original.
