phpMyAdmin and importing a db

I'm trying to import my db (only 2.5mb big)

I've read on here I need to use phpMyAdmin but how?

I see no magic import button?


How do I do this please tell me!

p.s. I don't have telnet access to my hosting server.

Get into phpMyAdmin, and click on your database name. After you do that, click on the 'SQL' tab to the right of your screen.

I did that but it timeout with a max execution time of 30 secs ...hmmm

so I asked my nice hosters to run the commandline import instead....which they have but now nothing works....well I say that....I can't login :confused:

What do I do to regain control of admin and forum?
