Looks fine to me.
If you have signature restrictions, it might be an idea to include them there.
If you have a policy about advertising or self-promotion etc same as above^^^

You could include a bit of a links section on it with regards to the medical/mental advice bit. find the topmost problems, and include a link for 5 of them or something under that bold bit.

Looks fine, but little spelling check. In the "Posting rules summary", last line, it says "....or Moderator of give forum.", should be given. ;)
