Getting Mysql Error No. 1064

I've been getting some database problems over the last 24 hours. I've been running repair.php which has cleared them up each time. I've since done some maintinance on the forum and in control panel the "Update Thread Info" is giving me the following problem.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Since you are trunning an older version of vB, the fix may be on a different line that the one in this thread.
