User keeps getting logged off...

One of my forum members complains that every few minutes she gets automatically logged out by the forum.

I told her to check if cookies are enabled and said they are.

By the way, she's behind a firewall.

Any idea why that happens?

My guess is that she has something on her computer that deletes cookies every couple of minutes
