Need hosting under $10

Hello all.

I am looking for a reliable host with good servers on good network under $10
who offers,

1. Price under $10 a month
2. PHP and MySQL
3. all the usuals
4. I can have my own hivemail.com email software on my site
5. at least 5G MB space
6. at least 20 gigz transfer a month.
7. Linux servers.

I think my current host service is excellent in both features, performance and support, only $7.77 per month. I have been using it for 4 months on my heavy loaded site. It provides 650MB and 45GB bandwidth.
