It's 19 MB in size, I'm trying to upload it useing phpmyadmin but I get this error after 10 minutes

No SQL query!

PHP is timing out on the large file. The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. Please see the instructions here:

I don't have shell/telnet access :(

Your best bet then is to ask your host to restore this for you. Hopefully the backup is a complete one.

It is..... I think, it wouldn't download useing the browser so I had to save it to the harddisk of the server then download it from that
