has anyone else been totally ripped off by them folding without any prior notification...we had 2 boards up only 5 months into our hosting n domain packages with them for 2 years so not only did they rip us off our money but we cant use our domain names with another company either now bstards !

we cant even log into the domain manager as the whole site has gone...we not happy not happy at all !

they prolly keeping the domain names they have n selling them on to make more money...but im adamant about getting my domain name back even if i have to take legal action...its mine dammit !

Dreamy - I wrote you an email earlier.

o2hoster were shut down by the courts as they were using the name o2 - now copyrighted by the mobile firm. All users were sent an email and informed of this. If you submit a support message to o2hoster they have until the 19th July to pass on your domain and to assist with the moving over to a new server.

Its not their fault, as it all happened so fast and they did not have a chance

A company advertises in the .net mag and then shuts down it's becoming the norm. Guess it's the kiss of death for small companies advertising in that mag.

yeah - that was the major blow for them - now they are shut down, they still have to pay .net which means they cannot afford to set up under a new name

argh ja i dont know i have your email sorry n thanks for explaining that to me...when we get mailed by o2 hoster they just used to send us a link to something theyd posted on their boards which ive never been able to access n are now gone...well i submitted a support 'ticket' 2 days ago just to ask what was going on n dint hear anything back yet ill keep trying though thanks...
