Even the 'Go Advanced' complains about DoS check

If I have just posted a reply, then I write another reply in the quick reply box, and hit: "Go Advanced". I get to the reply page, but I also get the error message that I need to wait for X seconds before posting another reply.

This is a bug of some kind? or I'm not getting the Go Advanced feature right?

Yes, I can confirm this and I consider it a bug but one that would be very hard to fix.
