View Full Version : VB-Host / TheForumHost.Com GONE?

Thursday I signed up for hosting with TheForumHost.Com. Today they are 'gone'? I read somewhere on their site that they had a fire. Now I can't resolve to them at all. Emails are 'delayed delivery' to them.

Anyone know more?

Hello,

It appears that GoDaddy is having problems with some of their binding to the world nameservers. Due to this it is effecting some nameservers from resolving our domains as godaddy is our registar. We are still receiving a lot of traffic, but it also appears that a good share of folks can not reach us. If you would like, I would be more then happy to PM you your set up instructions here and give you a IP address to use to start uploading your website until this is resolved.

The GoDaddy Issues have now been resolved!

They seem to be having more problems this morning.

There seems to have been a slight problem with the Forums database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh (javascript:window.location=window.location;) button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff (dbmaster@theforumhost.com), who you can also contact if the problem persists.

weeks? what are you talking about.. this is the first error we have gotten since we moved to vB3.... Our forums have been very active the last 12 hours too.. so no clue what you are talking about

I agree.

I was looking into new hosting last week, and although I did not end up choosing vb-host.com there site worked the numerous times that I went back to compare it against others
