I have read through all the different post concerning hosting compaines.. Again i have been in this painful situation and still am with a company from the uk. I have not purchased the vbulletin yet but do intend to, however could some people out there suggest some good hosting sites?, something that is reliable , good support etc.. I will then look through and try to make the best decision ?
thanks

My personal recommendation is:
http://www.vservers.com
Many clients over a variety of virtual/dedicated settings. 2+ years with them.
Never downgraded, always upgraded.

http://www.dids.com is very good. I switched to them while I converted my UBB to VB....good service! Uptime has been great compared to where I've come from. :-)

Hey... I am on vservers as well. What package do you have and how many hits a day do you get?
I am on a Pro now and currently have my network of sites spread accross 4 servers due to the 30,000 hits a day and bandwidth restriction.
I am lookting toward the Ultra that allows up to 300,000 hits a day and 40 gig. But the jump from $250/mo from $90/mo has got me stalling.
Basically I need an upto 2 gig/day, 300,000 server to play on. Those are my current needs, but am worried about expansion.
Would love to hear your thoughts, experiences.

It sounds like you need a dedicated machine.
