Too much of their resources... that's a dumb reason to kick off a customer...

You probably won't find a decent and reliable host that will offer you 75GB's per month for as little as $20-$30. Most that can meet that are overselling greatly and will kick you because of un-told reasons or because you are simply "using to much server resources".

If you really need that much bandwidth, go with a reliable host and look to pay a bit more. Quality bandwidth, quality service, and a good uptime percentage is going to cost a bit more that you ar currently offering (at least from your post).

I think I am going to go with a dedicated solution and end up paying 109 a month or so...but ill prolly just sell my space to others...

any other solutions please be a pal and drop them here :)

Too much of their resources... that's a dumb reason to kick off a customer...

Depends on the reason, if a client is using resources that are affecting other clients on the server, that is grounds for asking the client to upgrade or move.

You cannot allow one site to dominate the server and slow down access for other clients.

Yep, most hosts won't allow you to utilise all of the server, on shared hosting packages, because it degrades the service for other users.

We advise people to move to a dedicated solution when their package uses more than 25% of server resources for extended periods of time, or starts giving adverse affects to other users.

If you are ready for a dedicated solution, try Rackshack (http://www.rackshack.net)

If you are looking at WHT, I would advise you DON'T go for the cheap packages, they are often resellers, or overselling, thus your board will get pretty bad performance.

Haven't heard anything bad about vo, drop them a email :)

have you thought about sharing as dedicated server and the cost with another site, webhostingtalk has people looking for sharers all the time. then it would be about 50 a month........:)

Quick note, I just got this from HS (Rackshack.NET)

By popular demand, Rackshack is bringing back the $1 setup fee sale. In recent months, you have only seen this promotion in the Bargain Basement. Until Friday at 4 Pm CDT, you will see this promotion on just about every server we sell.

The promotion is limited to the quantity of servers we have on hand and available. We do have some stock that has not been setup and configured. We are currently working to configure these servers and make them available. If you miss a particular server on one day, we just might have some the next. Our goal is to sell 800 new servers during these four days. If accomplished, this will best our previous record of 300 servers sold in four days. Even our Dual XEON servers are included!!!!

If your after a dedi, best time is now ;)
