[Fixed] Banning doesn't update user title

IN VB3 when i moved a user to a new group, such as banned, it changed their user title, now i need to update user titles manually when i ban a member,

I havn't tested this with promotions or changing groups yet.

Just tested this, it works when moving someone to a new group, not when you ban them
