If you're wondering what the hell i'm talking about, try create a new thread. When you're shown the newly posted thread there's a link to "Return to Top" on the left under the post. Click it and see if it reloads the same page instead of jumping to the top of the page.

as far as I can see it doesn't seem to like the fragments. I'll look into this just now.
