[bug] merge users

Lets say I want to merge user x and user y into a destination user y.

Anouncements made by user x will be set to guest AND will not appear in admincp anouncement manager :(.

I can confirm this. It also does not update the "Latest post" information or change the username to the new username in any threads.

Probably need to update counters

Updating counters does not fix anouncement issue.

On my board, when i try to merge users i get an mysql error (im using 4.0.13) .
