first...im use the chinese language...so i process to translate it and set
the encoding=BIG5...but the message and the title will get mess-up
so does vbulletin team have any idea to solve this problem?
see attach pic the red part will be easy understand.....thankz.

Something to do with it being a double-byte language. Not sure what's the problem specifically.

Find this option in the CP: "Blank ASCII Character Stripper". Remove any of the numbers in it and make a new posts. Any problems?

yes i remove the number and it SOLVED......
but after test...it cant work on register part when u try to use that
registe....i got this error
<LI>Semi-colons are not allowed in usernames.
ant idea?:)
