Questions on Polls

1. Can the vB 2.0 poll feature be configured to only allow Admins and Moderators to post polls?

2. Also, is there any way for someone to change her or his answer to a poll?

Both of these options would be very nice!

The first option is definitely more important to me, but it would be nice for people to review how they voted and change their answers. Given the recent election fiasco, we don't want any stickin' dimpled electronic chads if we can help it. :D
