Possible missing PHP file in vBulletin 3 zip file

Looking at my modcp, none of the help buttons work.

They all appear to link to /modcp/help.php . But there is no help.php in that directory so I just end up with a 404.

There is a help.php in the /admincp/ directory, I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a copy in /modcp or whatever...

That's part of the documentation that hasn't been completed yet.

File just needed to be added to the mod CP, although it's not a direct copy. Most of the code is removed.
