Announcments HTML setting ?

For some reaon my anouncments are not showing up in HTML anymore...

The Html code is shown instead.

I couldnt find a setting that turned html on or off globally for announcements - Thanks in advance for your help
The announcements worked like this in V2

I have a text version and an HTML version up now - the message should have links and list items which obviously dont show up in the text version

Announcements had some broken things in beta 3. This should work in beta 4 (note that you will probably need to resubmit your announcements with HTML).

The ones that are relatively easy fixes have been posted. The more complicated ones are not being posted.

The fixes are really all related and somewhat intertwined. I'll look into possibly posting what to do, but I would just recommend doing announcements with vB code & smilies for now.
