I would like to have your opinion on this.
Wouldn't it be wise to limit the number of threads a user can subscribe to ?

Wouldn't it get too much to handle with time after a long time user has subscribed to so many threads ?

See right now I have tons of threads i'm subscribed to.
When I choose to view them all, since the page is not split, it will display every threads on the same page.

Could be huge load on high traffic boards if a user with tons of subscribed threads decides to view them all.

A solution might be to have the threads page split.

Having the subscribed threads pages normally would be a good solution. I don't want to tell my users they can only have XX amount of email notifications going at a time. When you have 500 posts a day, that can be an very limiting prospect.

Yes, finally limiting wouldn't be good.
But having the page split would be definitely better.
Think of a guy with 900 subscribed post that decide to view them all.

That would take too much porcessor power to build the page with 900 threads.
