My vB3 zip is empty :(

There's nothing in it, I've downloaded a few times with the same results.

Could this be due to the traffic or is it a snafu?

I KNOW this is an old problem BUT I am all of a sudden getting a Zero byte dload.

I have turned off both Mcafee and Black Ice - Tried it both from XP Pro PC and Windows 2000 PC -

Just got done connecting his PC direct to the cable modem – I am running XP Pro – The XP firewall has never been turned on and I disabled Mcafee -
Also power cycled my Cable modem - There is no other firewall on this PC

Last resort I tried my laptop ( 3rd PC Also running XP pro ) using a wireless att edge connection - I uninstalled the antivirus completely from my laptop and I still cannot dload the software

Let me know what else I need to do.. I have dloaded RC1, RC2 and previous versions with no problems
