[Wont Fix] 2.3.0 Announcements not saving settings

I create an announcement, set it to allow HTML, and then I save it.

I come back, and I edit this same annoucement, and I set it to disallow HTML now. I click save, but this setting isn't kept. I can change the announcement text at the same time I change the HTML settings, but only the text is changed, and the setting is stuck on allow HTML.

Confirmed. Moved to Bugs for a Dev to look at.

Usually the text is converted to HTML and the setting is being reset to HTML turned on and the rest turned off.

I think, this was intended.

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned before and that it's by design because it stores the announcement as HTML in the announcement table. However, it would be nice if it had a few extra columns to remember the state of the announcement...

This has never worked for me since I first began using vbulletin.
