Define these new admin commands please

Merge
Split
Stick / Unstick

Merge is for merging two threads into one.

Split is for splitting one thread into two.

Stick is for sticking important threads at the top of the forumdisplay listing, and they will always be at the top until you unstick them (like an announcement is at the top of the forum listings now, but it is a specific thread). I hope that one made sense! :)

You could use stick to make announcements by changing the wording to "Announcement:".
