Get rid of the copyright at the bottom of the page?

vBulletin is not free software, and even if you do purchase it you cannot remove the copyright notice unless you purchase a branding free license. (which will allow you to remove the copyright notice)

ok because I saw a site, <URL removed for privacy reasons> that has it and they keep claiming it is free open source..but I saw the pricing here. I was like huh?! heh.
