move login/logout on page

the login/logout template stuff appears in the lower right. how can i move where this appears on the page please? thanks.

on the web page...

i would like to change:

header
forum
-----X
footer

to:

header
forum--X
footer

where X is the login/logout stuff, and forum and X would be in a table instead of having X on the lower right of the web page.

That will also change the location of 'Forum Leaders', etc, since they're are in the same the same variable. I think what you want to do would require a little code hacking.
