I didn't know where else to post this.
Looking through the licence agreement, the last sentence:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
How do you go about enforcing this agreement for those members who's boards are not hosted in England or Wales?

Both the United States and the UK are members of the Berne Convention Treaty which honors each others laws in cases like this. Many other countries are also part so they would also be covered.
