Looking for free decent templates

If only vBulletin had a fan site like PHPBB does (www.phpbbhacks.com) i find vbulletin.org really dull and it is really really hard to find anything relevant to what i am looking for. + it is really confusing.

Does anyone know of any decent sites offering free vb skins?
