I was looking around and found http://www.dirtrider.net/index.php. I love the way that VB is the webpage as well as the forum. Where would I look to buy or find instructions on how to make my site this way? It seems that I once found a site that gives away this type of hack, but I don't remember. I'm such a n00b to all this stuff, so be gentle... Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance!

It looks like a custom portal. You can get similar hacks at www.vbulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org). Have a look at Teck's hack.
