One of my sites is blocked from some isps, and i have gotten complaints from a few users that they can't access it.
So would it be ok if i had two sets of files and two domains pointing to one database?
Or would that be off limits? I wa sthinking of registering a domain like "learningcenter.com" to fool server logs, and have a seperate account pointing to the same database

No. Two sets of files requires two licenses. Sorry.

Even to the same database? Effectively it's just redundancy and the two forums are identical...

if you have access to the httpd.conf or a cpanel server you can park domains on top of each other.
Thought hey will probably have blocked the IP rather than the host if the ISP is smart.

It's called proxies... teach your users to love them.

True, sometimes it's slow though. I'll tell him about it, and ask and see if he can get through with the ip

Is there a way to use a proxy via another proxy?
At my school we use a proxy server to access the internet with a username + password, but they block a lot of sites which, well, I want to view, i.e. my own sites...
I currently just have these proxys entered in the LAN section of Internet Explorer - is it possible to get it to run another one after accessing that one?
i.e. proxy.myschool.vic.edu.au --> proxy.someISP.com.au --> website i want to access

Easy solution, he used the ip and used 128Bit SSL to mask the ip so he can't view the logs.
Lucky i have a dedicated IP for my naughty forums
And DWZ, try this https://megaproxy.com/
