Looking to hire someone for vB improvements

I do not have the time or expertise to upgrade my site with a slick new skin. I am looking for someone who is skilled with not only new skins/hacks, but also maybe doing some web design work for me, or outsourcing to a graphic artist. I'd like to take my site to the next level and want someone highly skilled and reliable.

Also, I am noticing the features of this forum, with the spell check, etc. Obviously richer in features than my 2.2.9, or whatever version I am running. Is this the new version that is still in beta, or is it possible to get spell check without waiting any longer. Thanks!
