You can use up2date from the command line...
rhn_register

I hope you don't mind me saying this, but IF you haven't upgraded your server's kernel before, make sure you read some FAQ's and how-to's and then test on a local box, to avoid any serious problems with your server. A good starting place:

As to where you can get the kernel, best place is http://www.kernel.org Get 2.4.20 as it's the latest stable release.
