I would say 30 days or 1st Feb.
Nothing Confirmed so far.

All that is confirmed really is that: v2.0 exists with all the promised features and upgrade script is being done.

Wait, don't release it yet. I need a couple of weeks to get my new dedicated server setup just for VB :)

Providing that everything goes well, I should have one setup in 1-2 weeks. I been reading lots of threads here about how Vb getting too slow on busy sites, so I ordered the dual PIII 700 with 1 Gb ram and 2 9G SCSI HD. This is an upgrade from my current PIII 550 with 256 RAM.

I actually decided to upgrade in order to have a fast Vb. I also expect a lot more activity on my board once I swith from UBB.

Eh, UBB v6 comes out Feb1st i think, so give teh dev team three days to make a import script for ubb6, so im betting on Feb 4th :)

You should aim for a release on exactly the same day as UBB 6 :) - be good if we can make that. Looking at the scriptkeeper forums it seems that UBB 6 will be released on Jan 31st, but from the sound of it they will consider it beta for a few weeks.

UBB 6 isn't so great as I though.

same here,

though i've still got over 10 months of access left to the members area of ubb, so just out of curiosity i'll download ubb 6.

I hope to start converting my forum over today but I will get all the templates straightened out and changed before I put it live.

Unfortunately, vbworld won't come up in Netscape. Will have to test later, I guess.
